Full-Cycle Content Management 
  • Develop content release schedules to ensure timely launches of film/TV series, music albums, audiobooks, and e-books. 
  • Monitor content library integrity and accuracy, promptly removing invalid or non-compliant resources. 
User Experience Assurance 
  • Maintain seamless playback/reading functionality, with critical incident response within 15 minutes. 
  • Optimize content adaptation and interaction logic across multi-platform interfaces (web/app/TV). 

2. Content Operations and Ecosystem Development 

Tiered Operation Strategies 
  •  Film/TV: Establish tagging systems (genre/rating/region) and design thematic recommendation algorithms. 
  • Music: Curate scenario-based playlists (sleep/workout/work) and coordinate artist collaborations. 
  • E-books/Audiobooks: Match content to reader profiles (career/education/literature). 
Creator Partnerships 
  •   Verify copyright chain integrity when contracting authors, musicians, or narrators. 
  • Implement transparent revenue-sharing mechanisms with monthly settlement error rates below 0.5%. 

3. Copyright Compliance Management 

Authorization Control 

  • Manage regional content rights: 
  • Real-time updates of territorial licenses for film/TV and music. 
  • Clear labeling of third-party copyright scope for e-books/audiobooks. 
  • Initiate renewal or alternatives 30 days before license expiration. 
Infringement Prevention 
  • Deploy AI content fingerprinting to auto-block pirated uploads. 
  • Operate 24/7 infringement reporting channels with resolution within 72 hours. 

4. User Service Standards 

Paid Services
