  • Terminate partnerships immediately upon discovering counterfeit goods or regulatory violations. 
Logistics Coordination 
  • Monitor transit timelines for all shipments, escalating delays exceeding 72 hours to logistics providers. 
  • Achieve same-day dispatch for 98% of orders placed before local warehouse cutoff time. 
  • Implement dynamic route optimization to reduce average delivery time by 15% quarterly. 
Compliance Oversight 
  • Ensure all products meet destination country regulations including labeling, certification, and import restrictions. 
  • Conduct monthly audits of customs documentation accuracy. 
  • Block shipments automatically when destination country policy changes occur. 
Customer Experience 
  • Resolve fulfillment-related customer complaints within 4 business hours. 
  • Provide order tracking updates in 3 languages minimum. 
  • Maintain return processing under 5 business days from receipt. 

2. Critical Obligations 

Inventory Integrity Obligation 
  • Report inventory discrepancies exceeding 2% within 2 hours of discovery. 
  • Conduct blind cycle counts weekly across all warehouse locations. 
Risk Mitigation Obligation 

   – Flag high-risk shipments (e.g., regulated electronics, luxury goods) for enhanced inspection. 

   – Freeze suspect inventory immediately upon fraud alerts. 

Data Security Obligation 
  • Encrypt all shipment records containing customer personally identifiable information. 
  • Restrict warehouse system access to authorized personnel only. 
Contingency Response Obligation 
  • Activate backup fulfillment routes within 6 hours of major logistics disruptions. 
  • Notify affected customers within 12 hours of significant delivery delays. 

3. Performance Standards 

  • Order Accuracy Rate: Maintain 99.5% or higher
