Blog Operations Team
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: July 8, 2025
Purpose: This Code aims to define the core responsibilities, obligations, and behavioral standards for members of the `earnway.io` platform’s blog operations team (including internal editors, external contracted authors, content planners, community operations personnel, etc.). The goals are to ensure the high quality, originality, compliance, value-driven nature, and user interaction safety of blog content, support the platform’s core values, and mitigate legal and reputational risks.
Deeply understand the positioning, target user groups, and core value proposition of the `earnway.io` platform. Blog content should closely align with the platform’s core domains (e.g., FinTech, investment strategies, wealth management, industry insights, practical skills), providing in-depth, professional, or uniquely insightful content to strengthen the platform’s professional image and user engagement.
Always prioritize providing users with valuable, actionable, and inspiring knowledge, insights, or solutions as the core objective. Respect users’ time and attention.
Strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in the platform’s operating jurisdiction (consistent with the News Code, including the Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services, Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Online Information Content, Advertising Law, Copyright Law, etc.).
Encourage independent thinking, professional analysis, and original expression. Eliminate low-quality content, plagiarism, and content spinning. When referencing others’ viewpoints or data, proper source attribution is mandatory.
Continuously learn and strictly adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal platform rules, especially those related to content safety and financial compliance.
Team members (especially those responsible for topic selection, review, or recommendation) must proactively declare and recuse themselves from relevant decisions if they have a potential conflict of interest (e.g., investment, employment, advisory role, familial relationship) with entities (companies, products, individuals) involved in the content to be published.
All team members (writers, editors) must commit that the content they create/edit does not infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights, and referenced content must be properly attributed.
Be responsible for the quality of content handled, ensuring it meets the platform’s editorial standards, professional depth, and compliance requirements.
Handle user inquiries, complaints, or suggestions regarding blog content in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Have the duty to immediately report to supervisors or relevant platform departments upon discovering significant content errors, infringement risks, security vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, or violations of this Code by team members/external authors.
This Code must be communicated to every member of the blog team (including long-term external authors) and be an essential part of onboarding/contract signing. Regularly organize training on content safety, copyright law, financial regulations, and writing standards.
Establish a strict multi-level content review process: “Author Self-Check -> Editor Review -> Professional/Compliance Review (for sensitive areas like finance/law) -> Final Publishing.” Clearly define responsible persons at each stage.
Establish mechanisms for external author submission guidelines, review standards, contracting processes, credit records, and a blacklist system.
Incorporate content quality metrics (originality, depth, user feedback), compliance records, user interaction management effectiveness, and data analysis contributions into the team’s performance evaluation system.
The platform will periodically (at least annually) assess the implementation effectiveness and applicability of this Code, revising it based on legal/regulatory updates, industry trends, platform strategy adjustments, and operational findings.
This Code takes effect upon release. Every member of the `earnway.io` blog operations team (including full-time employees, interns, and contracted external authors), upon signing this Code, electronically confirming acceptance, or signing a cooperation agreement incorporating the key points of this Code, is deemed to have fully understood, agreed to, and committed to strictly abide by all its terms.
