1. General Principles

Platform Positioning & Value

Deeply understand the positioning, target user groups, and core value proposition of the `earnway.io` platform. Blog content should closely align with the platform’s core domains (e.g., FinTech, investment strategies, wealth management, industry insights, practical skills), providing in-depth, professional, or uniquely insightful content to strengthen the platform’s professional image and user engagement.

User Value Priority

Always prioritize providing users with valuable, actionable, and inspiring knowledge, insights, or solutions as the core objective. Respect users’ time and attention.

If integrating information, it must undergo deep processing, independent analysis, and clear source attribution. Respect and protect the rights of original authors (including external contributors).
  • Factual Accuracy & Rigorous Expression: Content involving facts, data, cases, or professional concepts must strive for accuracy and undergo necessary verification. Opinion-based content requires clear logic, reasonable argumentation, and avoidance of absolute or misleading statements, especially in finance and investment-related areas.

  • Strict Review: Implement strict content review for all published blog posts (whether internally written or externally submitted), resolutely prohibiting the publication or dissemination of the following information (consistent with News Code prohibited content, requiring special emphasis):
  • Endangering national security or social stability;
  • Involving pornography, gambling, drugs, violence, terrorism;
  • Infringing upon others’ legitimate rights and interests, such as reputation, privacy, portrait rights, or intellectual property;
  • Spreading rumors or false information;

  • Financial Compliance Red Lines:
  • Strictly prohibit publishing unverified, specific stock/cryptocurrency recommendations, buy/sell point predictions, guaranteed returns, or other content potentially constituting illegal securities/financial advice.
  • Clear Disclaimer: Content involving financial investment or market analysis must include a disclaimer in a prominent location (e.g., beginning or end), e.g.: “The views expressed herein are solely those of the author and do not constitute any investment advice. Markets involve risks; invest with caution. Users should make independent judgments and bear responsibility for their decisions.”
  • Avoid Market Manipulation: Avoid publishing inappropriate remarks that could influence the price of specific assets or market sentiment.
  • Advertising & Commercial Partnership Disclosure:
  • Clear Labeling: All content involving commercial sponsorship, paid promotion, affiliate marketing links, or where the author has a material connection with the mentioned entity, must be disclosed in a clear, conspicuous, and unambiguous manner at the article’s beginning or relevant location (e.g., labeled as “Sponsored Content,” “Advertisement,” “Contains Affiliate Links,” “Author is employed by XX Company”).
  • Content Value Priority: Commercially partnered content must still ensure basic informational value and user experience, avoiding excessive promotion or low-quality advertorials.
  • Copyright & Intellectual Property:
  • Ensure all used images, videos, data charts, music, and other materials have legitimate copyrights or are properly licensed. Prioritize using platform-owned materials, royalty-free assets, or properly attributed referenced materials.
  • Respect originality and protect the copyrights of contributing authors and internal authors.
  • Privacy Protection: Strictly comply with personal information protection regulations. If referencing user cases or data in articles, sufficient anonymization/de-identification is mandatory, and necessary authorization must be obtained.

  • Clear Rights & Obligations: Sign clear cooperation agreements with external authors, defining mutual rights and obligations, content requirements, copyright ownership, remuneration standards, compliance responsibilities, and confidentiality clauses.
  • Content Oversight & Communication: Conduct strict review and necessary editing of external submissions to ensure compliance with platform standards. Maintain constructive communication with authors.
  • Rights Protection: Pay remuneration on time, respect authors’ attribution rights, and protect authors’ personal information.

  • Community Guidance: Foster a positive, professional, and friendly community atmosphere through methods like featuring quality comments, author responses, and planning interactive topics.
Data Analysis & Optimization Responsibility
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze core metrics for blog content (e.g., page views, user dwell time, shares, comment engagement, conversion rates if applicable).
  • Insight-Driven Optimization: Based on data analysis results, understand user preferences and content effectiveness to continuously optimize topic selection strategy, content formats, publishing frequency, and promotion methods.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report blog operation results and key insights to the team and management.
