Chapter 1: General Provisions

Welcome to registering for and using the services provided by Earnway.io (hereinafter referred to as “this platform” or “the Platform”). The Platform is dedicated to building a comprehensive ecosystem that integrates digital marketing, freelance services, and diversified e-commerce. Through innovative business models and technological tools, we create sustainable value and growth opportunities for advertisers, promoters, freelance experts, investors, and all partners, achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Article 2: Guide Validity and Revisions

All members must comply with this Guide. The Platform reserves the right to modify this Guide based on business development and legal/regulatory requirements. Revised versions will automatically take effect upon publication on the Platform’s official website. Members are responsible for regularly reviewing updated content.

Chapter 2: Member Registration and Qualification Management

Article 3: Member Classification System

To accommodate the development of a diversified ecosystem, the Platform categorizes members into the following five types:

  1. Advertisers (Project Owners): Entities promoting their pre-sale airdrop projects, products, or services.
  2. Promoters (Core Members): Individuals earn points by completing designated tasks (e.g., airdrop tasks).
  3. Freelance Experts: Individuals or teams with professional skills in specific fields, monetizing their value through Platform livestreams, content creation, and project services.
  4. Investors (Platform Supporters): Individuals or institutions providing financial support for the Platform’s ecological development and operations.
  5. Affiliate Promoters: Members earning commissions by promoting the Platform and its global partners’ products and services.

Article 4: Basic Registration Requirements

  1. Members must provide true, accurate, and complete identity information and contact details during registration.
  2. Strictly adhere to the “one person, one account” principle. Account sharing or transfer in any form is prohibited.
  3. Members bear full legal responsibility for all activities conducted under their account.
  4. Registration signifies that the member has read, understood, and agreed to accept all terms of this Guide.

  2. Team Expansion: Ability to recruit assistants or partners and establish a professional team upon business growth.
  3. Tool Support: Free use of professional tools for project management and client relationship maintenance.

Section 3: Diversified Affiliate Ecosystem

Article 7: Affiliate Program Participation Areas

Members can promote products/services in the following categories through the Affiliate Program:

  1. Digital Products
  • Content: E-books, online courses, software, digital art, etc.
  • Typical Commission Rate: 20%-50%
  1. Travel & Lifestyle Services
  • Content: Flights, hotels, car rentals, attraction tickets, health products.
  • Typical Commission Rate: 5%-15%

III. Educational Services

  • Content: Language learning, skill training, financial investment courses.
  • Typical Commission Rate: 10%-30%
  1. Platform Core Services
  • Content: Airdrop advertising, traffic services, expert channel promotion.
  • Typical Commission Rate: 10%-25%
  1. Third-Party Affiliate Networks
  • Content: Various products/services from partner affiliate organizations.
  • Commission Rate: As per specific agreement terms.

Article 8: Affiliate Operation Mechanism

  1. Join Process: Submit application within account → Upon approval → Obtain unique tracking links and material library.
  2. Promotion Method: Share unique links via personal channels and track promotion effectiveness.
  3. Commission Settlement: Commissions are credited to the account after valid order confirmation and settled according to unified cycles.

Section 1: Point System Earnings

Article 9: Point Classification and Redemption

  1. Point Types:
  • Estimated Points: For earnings estimation reference.
  • Valid Points: Points available for redemption.
  1. Redemption Rules:
  • Valid points can be applied for redemption once accumulated to the equivalent of $100.
  • The Platform charges a corresponding service fee (specific rates subject to official announcements).
  • Redemption application review cycle is 3-7 working days.

Section 2: Freelance Expert Earnings Structure

Article 10: Four-Dimensional Income Model

  1. Advertising Revenue Share (Basic Earnings)

Expert channel advertising revenue distribution ratio:

  • Expert Creation Reward: 30%
  • Platform Service Fee: 40% (including technology, operations, support)
  • Traffic Growth Fund: 30% (for continuous promotion investment)
  1. Project Service Income (Core Earnings)
  • Professional service projects undertaken via livestreams: 100% of the service fee belongs to the expert.
  • The Platform provides standard contracts, project management, quality monitoring, and escrow transaction services.
  • Client review system builds an expert credibility profile.

III. Product Promotion Earnings

  • Promote digital products like professional tools, software templates, etc.
  • Sell self-created or Platform-partnered online courses, e-books, etc.
  • Commission rates can be as high as 50%.
  1. Referral Reward Program
  • Referral Reward Program:

     Member Direct Referral Reward: When a member directly refers to a new member joining the Earnway.io platform, and the new member completes a cumulative $1,000 in advertising revenue assigned by the platform, the platform issues a one-time reward of $5 per person to the referrer. (Note: The platform aims to assign no less than $30 in daily advertising tasks per member based on their capabilities.) Members receive a 5% reward from the earnings generated by the members they directly refer to, for a period of one year. After one year, the referred member has the right to choose whether to change their supporter based on their satisfaction with the services provided. If no change is made, the referrer will continue to receive the 5% reward. If the referred member chooses to change, the commission earnings will be transferred to the new supporter from the date of change.

Article 11: Settlement and Payment

  1. Settlement Cycle: Settle earnings from the 1st to the 30th/31st of the previous month on the 15th of each month (postponed in case of holidays).
  2. Payment Methods: USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20), Bank Wire Transfer, other supported payment methods.
  3. Minimum Payout Threshold: Cumulative earnings of any type must reach $50 to apply for payment.
  4. Tax Responsibility: Members are responsible for bearing and declaring relevant taxes.

Chapter 5: Member Code of Conduct

Article 12: General Code of Conduct

All members must adhere to the following basic principles:

  1. Operate with integrity and describe products/services truthfully.
  2. Comply with laws, regulations, and Platform rules.
  3. Respect others’ intellectual property rights.
  4. Maintain a healthy Platform ecosystem.

Article 13: Category-Specific Conduct Standards

  1. Advertiser Conduct Standards
  • Specific Requirements:
  1. Ensure promotional content is truthful, legal, and non-deceptive.
  2. Update project status and information promptly.
  3. Fulfill promised rewards and returns to promoters.
  • Prohibited Behaviors:
  1. False advertising or misleading statements.
  2. Malicious traffic deduction or failure to honor commitments.
  3. Promoting illegal or non-compliant projects.
  1. Promoter/Affiliate Promoter Conduct Standards
  • Specific Requirements:
  1. Use compliant methods for promotion.
  2. Report promotional data and results truthfully.
  3. Protect user privacy and data security.
  • Prohibited Behaviors:
  1. Data fraud or fake traffic.
  2. Malicious clicking or order brushing.
  3. Inducing users to perform non-compliant operations.

III. Freelance Expert Conduct Standards

  • Specific Requirements:
  1. Guarantee professional quality and standards of service.
  2. Strictly adhere to project delivery timelines.
  3. Uphold principles of professional integrity in operations.
  • Prohibited Behaviors:
  1. Providing services that are illegal or violate public order and morals.
  2. Infringing upon others’ intellectual property rights.
  3. Falsely advertising personal capabilities or experience.

Article 14: Violation Handling Mechanism

The Platform establishes a three-tier penalty system:

  1. Minor Violation
  • Penalties: Official warning, deduction of 10%-30% of related earnings.
  • Applicable Situations: First-time minor violation, mistake.
  1. Moderate Violation
  • Penalties: Suspension of partial or all account functions for 7-30 days, deduction of 50% of related earnings.
  • Applicable Situations: Repeated violation, causing a certain degree of adverse impact.
  1. Severe Violation
  • Penalties: Permanent account ban, freezing of all pending earnings, pursuit of legal liability.
  • Applicable Situations: Fraud, money laundering, malicious competition, infringement of major rights.

Chapter 6: Risk Disclosure and Liability Definition

Article 15: Comprehensive Risk Disclosure

Members explicitly acknowledge and agree to accept the following risks:

  1. Market Risks: Cryptocurrency price volatility, project failure, changes in market demand.
  2. Operational Risks: Technical failures, operational errors, security vulnerabilities.
  3. Credit Risks: Counterparty default, payment delays.
  4. Policy Risks: Changes in laws and regulations, adjustments in regulatory policies.
  5. Freelance Risks: Project competition, client default, skill obsolescence.

Article 16: Platform Liability Limitation

  1. As a technical service provider and ecosystem organizer, this Platform primarily provides technical support and a rule framework for connection and transactions among parties.
  2. The Platform does not guarantee or bear liability for the success or failure of any third-party projects (including advertiser projects), members’ investment gains/losses, or disputes between members, except as otherwise mandatorily stipulated by law.
  3. The Platform makes its best efforts to ensure system stability and security but is not liable for losses caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, policy changes, etc.).

Chapter 7: Account Security and Dispute Resolution

Article 17: Account Security Management

  1. Members should set a high-strength password and change it regularly.
  2. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
  3. Avoid logging into account on public devices or insecure networks.
  4. Contact customer service immediately to freeze the account upon detecting any suspicious activity.
  5. Ultimate responsibility for account security lies with the registrant.

Article 18: Appeal and Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Appeal Time Limit: Any objection to a Platform decision must be raised within 7 working days.
  2. Appeal Method: Send a detailed appeal email to support@earnway.io.
  • Email Subject Format: 【Appeal】+ Account ID + Reason
  • Email Body Must Include: Factual statement, supporting evidence, appeal/suggestion.
  1. Handling Process:
  • Stage 1: Initial review by customer service (1-3 working days).
  • Stage 2: Review by the Dispute Committee if needed (3-7 working days).
  • Stage 3: Written notification of the final decision.
  1. Final Arbitration: The decision of the Platform’s Dispute Committee is final.

Chapter 8: Supplementary Provisions

Article 19: Guide Interpretation and Revision Rights

  1. The Platform reserves the final right of interpretation of this Guide.
  2. Revisions will be announced via:
  • Pinned publication on the official website announcement board.
  • Notification to registered email (if bound).
  • Effective date no less than 7 days after announcement.
  1. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of revised content.

Article 20: Complete Agreement

This Guide, together with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the complete agreement document, all having equal legal effect.
