1. Core Responsibilities

Content Creation and Distribution 
  • Develop monthly global social media content calendars (covering Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.), ensuring ≥3 original posts daily. 
  • Localization adaptation: 100% professional localization for English content; 90% coverage for core announcements in minor languages (Spanish/Japanese/Korean, etc.). 
  • Establish a brand visual guideline library (fonts/color schemes/icons), maintaining ≥95% content style consistency across user touchpoints. 
User Growth and Engagement 
  • Achieve 20% quarterly follower growth (organic traffic ≥70%), with zombie account purging cycles ≤7 days. 
  • Organize weekly interactive campaigns (AMAs, airdrop tasks, etc.), each attracting ≥10,000 participants. 
  • Maintain ≥5,000 daily messages in core communities (Telegram/Discord) with 100% response rate. 
Sentiment Risk Management 
  • Operate 24/7 sentiment monitoring; respond to and escalate negative information within 30 minutes. 
  • Submit Sentiment Risk Assessment Reports weekly; issue official statements within 1 hour for major FUD events. 
  • Prohibit attacks on competitors, politically sensitive topics, or false propaganda. 

2. Operational Collaboration Duties 

Cross-Department Coordination 
  • With product teams: Launch pre-launch promotion matrices 72 hours before new feature releases. 
  • With customer service: Establish tiered user query routing (≤1-hour response for general inquiries; ≤15 minutes for complaints). 
  • With legal teams: Ensure 100% pre-compliance review for all campaign copy. 
Data Compliance Requirements 
  • Archive user-generated content (UGC) for ≥180 days; process deletion requests within 72 hours. 
  • Third-party data tools must be GDPR/CCPA certified; unauthorized crawlers prohibited. 
  • Purge inactive user data monthly (no interaction for ≥6 months). 

3. Performance Management Responsibilities 

Key Metrics 
  • Content reach: Average tweet exposure ≥100,000; reshare rate ≥5%. 
  • User conversion: Social-driven registration conversion ≥12%; retention ≥45%. 
  • Cost control: Reduce YoY customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15%; budget deviation <3%. 
Quality Review 
  • Audit partnered KOL content daily; terminate collaborations immediately for violations. 
  • Manually sample ≥100 user comments weekly; sensitive word filtering accuracy ≥98%. 
  • On-chain verification for 100% of campaign reward distributions. 

4. Accountability for Violations

  • Major violations (e.g., political misstatements, data leaks): 
  • Immediate dismissal with legal liability for responsible personnel; team leads on 6-month probation. 
  • Minor violations (e.g., delayed responses, typos): 
  • Monthly bonus deduction; mandatory 48-hour retraining and recertification. 

Execution Mechanism 

  1. Security protocols: All members sign Social Media Safety Commitment and Crisis Response Handbook.
  2. Daily closeout: Submit operational reports (sentiment alerts/campaign data/issues) by 18:00 daily.
