Welcome to Earnway.io (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “the Platform”, or “our Platform”). We are an innovative platform founded through a joint investment by SRI Investment Holdings and SRIRUNGRUANG VISAHAKIJ. Our core business is to provide reward points repurchase investment services and advertising/user acquisition services for pre-listed airdrop projects, and we have expanded into a diversified ecosystem including Knowledge Academy, E-commerce, and Affiliate Marketing programs.

For Investors, to meet legal compliance requirements (such as KYC), we may need to collect information from your identity documents (e.g., passport, ID card). To complete points redemption, investment income distribution, and other on-chain/off-chain operations, we collect your cryptocurrency wallet address.
    2. Transaction and Financial Information: To process core business functions like points redemption, commission settlement, and investment records, we collect your airdrop points acquisition and redemption records, transaction records in fiat currency or cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT), investment amounts and profit details, and affiliate marketing commission records.
    3. Service Content and Interaction Information: When you use functions like smart task bidding, Knowledge Academy, or customer support, we collect the task content, bidding information, communication records, feedback content, etc., that you submit.
    4. Technical Information and Log Data: To ensure the secure and stable operation of the Platform and optimize user experience, we automatically collect your IP address, device model, operating system, browser type, access times, clickstream data, and advertising performance data.

Based on Legal Compliance and Public Safety: When required by laws, regulations, judicial processes, governmental authorities, or law enforcement agencies, or when necessary to enforce the Platform’s Membership Guidelines, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or the rights, property, and safety of our other users.
    3. Sharing with Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting providers, customer service system vendors, data analytics partners) to assist us in providing our services. These providers can only process information according to our instructions and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
