Objectives
To provide Earnway platform members with a clear path for social media growth and monetization, from start-up to scale. Through two core models—”Standardized Products” and “In-Depth Partnerships”—we cater to the subscriber acquisition needs of members at different stages and with different goals, ultimately building a thriving social media ecosystem involving the platform, content creators, and developers.

Core Philosophy

Modular Services: Deconstruct social media operations into modules such as “Subscriber Acquisition,” “Channel Building,” “Content Creation,” “Technical Support,” and “Operational Maintenance.” Members can combine these modules based on their needs.

  1. Value Sharing: Establish clear revenue distribution models to ensure the platform and partner members (content creators, developers, etc.) receive fair rewards for the value they contribute in their respective areas of expertise.
  2. Risk Management: Offer members different levels of risk exposure through the “Purchase with Guarantee” and “Partnership with Zero Investment” models, significantly lowering the barrier to entry for entrepreneurship.

 

2. Core Model One: Members Purchase Subscribers (Standardized Product)

This model is suitable for members who already own social media accounts and wish to quickly increase their influence or achieve a “cold start.”

  1. Service Process:
  • Requirement Submission: Members visit the Subscriber Purchase Page, carefully read the instructions, and fill out the requirement form. Required information includes, but is not limited to: social media platform name, desired subscriber gender, age, region, language, industry, account page link, and operational performance reports.
  • Requirement Analysis and Approval: After receiving the application, the platform analyzes the requirements and conducts a compliance review. No payment is required until the application is approved.
  • Precise Advertising and Traffic Direction: Upon approval, the platform’s advertising acquisition team will execute precise ad placements through integrated bidding suppliers, directing targeted traffic to the member’s social media account. The platform guarantees that over 80% of the subscribers will meet the member’s application requirements.
  1. Quality Assurance and After-Sales Service:
  • Unsubscribe Guarantee: The platform provides a one-month delivery guarantee period. Based on screenshots of the social media account taken at the time of order placement and at the end of the guarantee period, any loss of subscribers within two months after delivery will be replenished free of charge by the platform.
  • Important Notes:
    • Subscribers are real users acquired through advertising traffic and are considered digital products. Delivery requires operational time; therefore, once an order is confirmed and execution begins, it cannot be canceled.
    • Long-term subscriber retention largely depends on the member’s own operational capabilities and content quality. The platform’s guarantee covers delivery quantity and targeting accuracy, not long-term retention rates.

This model is designed for members with content creation abilities, special skills, or entrepreneurial aspirations who wish to avoid investment risks. The platform will apply the operational framework of the “Composable Partnership Project” to provide members with comprehensive entrepreneurial support.

  1. Partnership Roles and Responsibility Division:

The roles and responsibilities within this partnership align perfectly with the “Composable” philosophy:

  • Earnway Platform (Core Platform Provider & Operations/Maintenance Party):
    • Responsibilities:
      • Infrastructure Investment: Freely establishes and designs independent sub-channels/social media accounts for partner members.
      • Traffic Acquisition: Funds advertising campaigns to drive traffic to the channel, solving the initial market demand problem.
      • Platform and Standards: Provides the technical platform, operational standards, revenue settlement system, and core support services.
      • Coordination and Support: Acts as the first line of user support, coordinating solutions to issues arising in the partnership.
    • Value for Members: Members (partners) bear no costs for channel setup or initial traffic, enabling zero-risk entrepreneurship.
  • Member/Partner (Module Developer & Content Operator):
    • Responsibilities:
      • Content Creation and Operation: As the channel host, responsible for daily content updates, live streaming, community interaction, etc.
      • Skill Contribution: Contributes their specialized skills, such as: IT programming, hosting, translation, cooking, game development, AI technology, etc.
      • Learning and Growth: If without a specific skill, members can learn a trade through the platform’s “Free Online Church” before starting their venture.
    • Value from the Platform: The platform solves the challenges of funding and traffic, allowing you to focus on what you do best—content creation.
  1. Revenue Plan and Distribution Model:

Revenue distribution is the core of the partnership, following a value-driven principle.

  • A. Advertising Revenue Share (Using YouTube as an example):
    • YouTube’s advertising revenue share for channel owners is 55%.
    • The internal Earnway platform distribution is planned as follows:
      • Platform Investment & Service Management Fee: 20% (Covers channel design, platform maintenance, and operational expert guidance).
      • Channel Host (Partner Member) Share: 10% (Serves as core incentive for content creation).
      • Advertising Acquisition Traffic Fund: 25% (Re-invested to continuously drive traffic for this channel and other platform projects, including competition prizes).
  • B. Product Placement/Sales Profit Share:
    • Members can select products from the platform’s Affiliate Marketing Tasks Website for promotion.
    • The commission split ratio is negotiated and finalized separately for different products and suppliers, ensuring flexibility and fairness.
  • C. Platform Referral Commission:
    • Member Direct Referral Reward: When a member directly refers to a new member joining the Earnway.io platform, and the new member completes a cumulative $1,000 in advertising revenue assigned by the platform, the platform issues a one-time reward of $5 per person to the referrer. (Note: The platform aims to assign no less than $30 in daily advertising tasks per member based on their capabilities.) Members receive a 5% reward from the earnings generated by the members they directly refer to, for a period of one year. After one year, the referred member has the right to choose whether to change their supporter based on their satisfaction with the services provided. If no change is made, the referrer will continue to receive the 5% reward. If the referred member chooses to change, the commission earnings will be transferred to the new supporter from the date of change.
