- Commercial Conversion: Directly or indirectly drive sales and growth for the creator’s products/services and the platform’s related businesses through live streams.
- User Retention: Attract and retain high-quality, loyal followers for both the creator and the platform.
- Responsibilities & Obligations
- Platform Responsibilities:
- Live Stream Support:
- Provide a stable live streaming technical platform, traffic support, and necessary technical troubleshooting.
- Provide necessary interactive and conversion tools for live streams, such as virtual gifts, tipping functions, and shopping carts.
- Traffic Promotion:
- Provide previews and featured placement for the live stream event on key sections of the platform, such as the homepage and live stream channel.
- Conduct joint promotional activities through the platform’s official social media accounts, communities, and push notifications.
- Provide paid traffic support (e.g., feed ads) based on the project budget.
- Operational Assistance:
- Assign a dedicated operator to assist in planning the live stream script and flow, and to provide post-stream data analysis and review.
- Arrange for a moderator or assistant during the live stream to help manage comments and answer general user questions.
- Material Production:
- Assist in designing promotional materials as needed, such as live stream posters, trailers, and highlight clips.
- Settlement & Payment:
- Be responsible for calculating all revenue generated from the live stream and paying the creator their share promptly according to the terms of this agreement.
- Creator Responsibilities:
- Core Content:
- Be responsible for the core content output of the live stream, ensuring it is professional, original, and engaging (e.g., gift-making process, design concept sharing, creative skill tutorials, new product launches).
- Ensure all content complies with laws, regulations, and platform community guidelines, and does not involve any infringement, violations, or vulgar information.
- Live Stream Execution:
- Start live streams punctually as scheduled, ensuring duration and frequency are met (e.g., X times per week, X hours each time).
- Ensure the streaming environment (lighting, background, audio) meets basic professional standards, presenting a positive image for both the individual and the brand.
- Maintain active and enthusiastic interaction with the audience during the stream, answering questions and guiding the atmosphere.
- Promotional Cooperation:
- Promote each live stream at least 2-3 times on their own social media accounts (e.g., Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin).
- Cooperate with the platform by sharing promotional materials provided by the platform and @mentioning or tagging the platform’s official account.
- Products & Supply Chain:
- Ensure that products displayed or sold during the live stream (if applicable) are of qualified quality, with stable supply and timely shipping, and be responsible for after-sales service.
- Exclusivity (Optional):
- During the cooperation period, live stream collaborations on this platform may be granted 【Exclusivity / Priority】. Specific terms are subject to separate negotiation.
- Profit Distribution Framework
This framework follows the principle of “Shared Risk, Shared Reward,” offering two mainstream distribution models based on the type of collaboration:
Model 1: Commission-Based Split (Applicable for Sales-Driven Live Streams)
This model is suitable for live streams primarily focused on selling the creator’s products.
- Total Revenue Composition: The Total Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) generated through the shopping cart during the live stream.
- Distribution Ratio:

- This covers platform technical service fees, traffic promotion costs, and platform profit.

- Virtual Gifts / Tips Revenue:
- Distribution Ratio: Platform and Creator share 【Suggested Ratio: 50%/50%】.
- Paid Live Stream Access / Subscription Revenue:
- Distribution Ratio: Platform and Creator share 【Suggested Ratio: 50%/50%】.
- Live Stream Sales Commission Revenue:
- Refer to the commission split ratio in 【Model 1】.
- Brand Sponsorship Revenue (If applicable):
- If the live stream is sponsored by a brand, the total sponsorship amount (after deducting relevant taxes and fees) is distributed as:
- Sponsorship secured by the Platform: Platform and Creator share 【Suggested Ratio: 60%/40%】.
- Sponsorship secured by the Creator: Platform and Creator share 【Suggested Ratio: 30%/70%】.
III. Collaboration Process
- Initial Discussion: Both parties discuss collaboration direction, content format, and expected goals.
- Agreement Signing: Finalize specific terms based on this proposal and sign a formal cooperation agreement.
- Planning & Promotion: Form a project team to co-plan the live stream theme and script, and initiate joint promotions.
- Live Stream Execution: The creator executes the live stream, with the platform providing full support and monitoring.
- Review & Settlement: Conduct data review and analysis within one week after the live stream ends, and proceed with settlement as per the agreement.
