Airdrop Project R&D and Operations Team

Responsibilities and Obligations of the Earnest.io Platform Airdrop Project R&D and Operations Team

1. Core Responsibilities

Project Design and Execution
  • Design airdrop mechanisms aligned with platform strategy, clearly defining user participation criteria and reward rules.
  • Ensure secure deployment and testing of smart contracts, completing 100% code audits before mainnet launch.
  • Set quantifiable user growth targets (e.g., 100,000+ new active wallet addresses within 30 days).
Fund and Asset Security
  • Custody airdrop tokens in multi-signature cold wallets with sharded private key management.
  • Monitor on-chain abnormal transactions in real-time; implement delayed activation for large transfers.
  • Publish quarterly audited reports on airdrop fund reserves.
User Compliance Management
  • Implement KYC (real-name verification) and anti-Sybil attack detection to eliminate fake accounts.
  • Adhere to global airdrop regulations (e.g., U.S. SEC guidelines, EU MiCA framework).
  • Clearly disclose critical information to users (e.g., token lockup periods, tax implications).

2. Operational Collaboration Duties

Cross-Department Coordination
  • With marketing teams: Synchronize airdrop campaign timelines and ensure promotional materials comply with regulations.
  • With customer service teams: Establish user appeal channels (response within 72 hours).
  • With technical teams: Monitor on-chain gas fee fluctuations and optimize token claim experience.
Emergency Response
  • Implement a three-tier contingency plan:
  • Level-1 (contract vulnerability): Immediately freeze funds and activate migration protocols.
  • Level-2 (claim errors): Resolve issues and compensate affected users within 2 hours.
  • Level-3 (promotional disputes): Issue official clarification within 1 hour.
  • Maintain 24/7 on-duty coverage during major holidays.

3. Technical Management Responsibilities

System Performance
  • Airdrop claim page loading time ≤2 seconds; concurrent capacity ≥50,000 users/minute.
  • Conduct daily stress tests and monthly third-party security scans.
Cost Control
  • Maintain airdrop operational costs (gas fees, servers, etc.) 15% below budget.
  • Adopt dynamic gas optimization solutions to reduce user claim costs.

4. User Rights Protection

Transparency Requirements
  • Display real-time airdrop progress: distributed token volume, percentage of eligible users.
  • Provide on-chain verification tools for users to independently check eligibility and rewards.
Feedback Handling
  • Generate tickets for user complaints within 15 minutes; resolve issues end-to-end within 48 hours.
  • Publish monthly Airdrop Fairness Report disclosing data on fraudulent account purges.

5. Accountability for Violations

  • Major violations (e.g., fund misappropriation, security breaches):
  • Immediate dismissal of responsible personnel with legal liability pursued; demotion of team management.
  • Minor violations (e.g., misleading promotions, delayed responses):
  • Quarterly bonus deductions; mandatory compliance training before reinstatement.

Execution Process

  1. Agreement Signing: All members must sign Airdrop Operation Safety Commitment and Confidentiality Agreement.
  2. Biweekly Review: Submit operational data and risk reports to the Strategy Committee every two weeks.
  3. On-Chain Archiving: Key operations (e.g., eligibility list adjustments) require on-chain recording with public hash verification.
